Terms & Conditions
- 1. To be eligible for the Refer a Friend Scheme, the referred student must:
- a. Be a friend, family member or acquaintance that is new to BlackRook Academy;
- b. Make contact with BlackRook Academy themselves to arrange enrolment and must quote you as their one referee from the outset;
- c. Meet the enrolment criteria (BlackRook Academy will confirm this during the enrolment process); and
- d. Complete the full duration of the course AND earn a qualification. Students who withdraw or who do not achieve a passing grade are not eligible under this scheme.
- 2. By participating in the Refer a Friend Scheme, you understand that:
- a. The reward is a discretionary expression of our gratitude for your referral;
- b. When referring students, you must not falsely claim to represent BlackRook Academy;
- c. If we have any reason to suspect that you are sending or advertising to people who are not known to you or if you are in any way trying to benefit from our referral scheme on a commercial basis rather than for personal use, you will not be eligible and we reserve the right to ban your participation in this and future schemes; and
- d. BlackRook Academy reserves the right to substitute the gift offering or to cancel or revise the terms of the scheme at any point.
